Google Adsense Income Report January 2019

Like I mentioned in a previous post; January is a slow month unfortunately. Traffic is down, clicks are down, CPC (cost per click) is down.

Google Adsense income for January 2019;

€1566,95

New affiliate travel site is live

Finally, another site is live. It is an affiliate travel site I started with a good friend of mine. I know him for over 10 years now and we did other projects together before. The site is listing good travel deals to Spain. We will earn between 2% – 8% on a sale. We got the site up and running on January 21. Had a few clicks on links, but no sale yet. Hopefully we get our first sale in February. Would be awesome!

Plans

I hold a file with ideas and plans what to execute. The list is really growing to big. I also eliminated a lot of domains that are just collecting dust. I want to create a few new sites in the travel niche, but also out of the travel niche. Not sure what to start with yet.

I hired a translator to translate text into Italian and Spanish. I want to set up a niche travel site in both languages, just to try some things out. Will keep you updated as I hope to get them live in February

Bought sites

I did buy a couple of sites in the end of 2018. I didn’t inform you guys yet how they are performing. In an upcoming post this month I will talk about it. I did pay a bit too much for the sites, but I will show everything in an upcoming post.

I am still looking to buy more quality sites that are bringing in revenue on Adsense or through affiliates. But it is hard to find them.

€5000,- a month

Last year my goal was to make at least €1000,- a month. For this year my goal will be to reach €5000,- a month and stay above it. I know this is an ambitious goal but online; everything is possible.

  1. Congrats! 1000+eur is still more thn most of the people ever make online!

I have completed the redesign and am launching the site next week. I don’t know what to expect (in terms of earnings).

Setting up adsense auto ads. Do you think that’s OK or should I rather implement Ezoic instead?

    Any suggestions?

Also, I’d kindly ask if you could show us an example of your adsense placement. Obvioulsy you have a good placement… 🙂

    Cheers,

    Mike

    1. Thanks haha, but not happy with it. I need 2k EUR a month to quit my job and go after a fulltime online adventure with hopefully even more revenue.

Ah good to hear you finished your redesign. I am really interested in the website by now haha, send me a message if you want to share it 🙂 Or a screenshot about your redesign without the site info.

About the auto ads; not a big fan. I tried it for a couple of days and revenue was down. I rather pick the places to show ads myself. I do use the responsive ads though. Here is a screen of one of the sites performing low xxx EUR a month . It is a really basic design with a basic adsense header

I will look into Ezoic as I never heard of it 🙂 Their site looks good at first sight. Did you use them before? Are they good?

  2. Hi Nomar,

Congratulations on making so much money with Adsense. Do you have lots of content on the websites that make so much money from Adsense or is it just a well-paying niche?

    Thanks
    Gareth

    1. Hi Gareth,

Thanks for your reply. It is in the travel niche where most of the adsense revenue comes from. The travel niche is a good paying niche, especially in the summer. My main site has around 120,000 words of content. Others way less then 25,000 words. So these are not really big sites.

I focus on SEO mostly. Building links on other sites, do ABC linking, article marketing and trying to gain links / shares on social media. I also try to do the onpage SEO very well and try to edit and update existing pages.

Do you run any adsense sites?
