Site 1: € 798,51 (travel niche)
Site 2: € 238,22 (travel niche)
Site 3: € 187,92 (transport niche)
Site 4: € 59,51 (travel niche)
Site 5: € 49,22 (travel niche)
Short month upcoming, hope to keep € 1000 a month intact. Last year was a hard start, this one already shows a better one 🙂
Happy new year! Its 2022, the past year flew by really. Adsense did pretty well, staying above 1000 euro a month. The money from December 2021:
The plan for 2022 is to do more work. Build the sites bigger and start new sites. The past year I didn’t do as much as I wanted which sucks. Last year didn’t start well with adsense staying under 1000 euro a month for a couple of months. In February I earned 555 euro on adsense which was the lowest month in a while.
The time I made well over 3000 euro a month with adsense was before COVID. I really hope this year I can break 3000 euro a month again with Adsense. That would open doors to new opportunities.
The dream to buy a second home in Spain is still alive. Probably need 200.000 to 250.000 euro for that.
Yesterday I made €94,65 with Google Adsense. Long time ago that I made close to €100 a day with Adsense.
My goal is to first get back to €1000 a month with Adsense, but the €100 + a day is the main goal.
With €100 a day I make €3000 a month which is more than enough to cover monthly expenses and live a good life. The money made yesterday motivates me hence I am posting this on the blog.
Also made a sale with an idle affiliate site in the suitcase niche. It netted me € 7,41 out of a sale of around €90,00. With this combined I made over €100 yesterday.
The travel niche is getting back to life. Visitors are up and it looks like this could become a good summer Adsense wise. I will continue to update the websites and see what the rest of June brings. I am certain I will make over €1000 this month on Adsense. Would be so awesome to get back to a stable €100 a day again.
One of my dreams is to buy a nice villa in Spain close to the coast. Need €200.000 or €300.000 for that to realize it. There are quite a few nice houses for sale for that amount of money. Some need work but that’s fine. It would be awesome to give my own touch to it and I did some construction work before. I didn’t really think about a timeframe yet but lets say before age 40 I want to have this accomplished. I am 35 now.
If the house is really nice this could become a nice income stream as well. Need to think this over and make a good planning. For now back to make money online.
November went by fast. Didn’t happen much. I sold my first French domain. Bought it on a domain auction website for expired domains. Price I paid was € 50,00 and I sold it for € 750,00. Minus the 9% fee from dan.com I made a nice profit of € 618,32 (€ 668,32 – € 50,00).
The adsense income for November was a bit up compared with last month. For November I made:
Good enough! Hope to break € 1.000,00 this month again but not sure that will happen. Working on some new sites, one of them is a currency convert website. Just a simple tool site where people can convert one currency to another. Not sure if this is going to be a focus site or something I will sell in the near future.
The travel sites are still getting minimal traffic. I really hope this vaccin will be here in Q1 of 2021 so people can travel again in summer 2021. Would be interesting to see how that works out.

Hoped for at least € 1000,00 in September, unfortunately didn’t make it. It came close though.
Adsense income report for September 2020:
Income is still declining, I expect € 500 – € 600 for October.
Sold the suitcase affiliate site. It made € 104,00 last month and managed to sell it for € 4.500,00, which is a nice amount. Happy with the sale. Looking to invest this money into another website or great domain. Will keep you updated about that.
I also sold a smaller suitcase site that didn’t earn money really, I bought it a year ago for € 350,00 and sold it for € 900,00 with no work done. So I got a nice amount to invest in something new. If I buy something I will let you guys know!
Another month went by and the travel niche is still in trouble. As airlines and travel companies are picking business up again the revenue in June was the lowest in the last 12 months. Total AdSense income for June 2020:
Still a very nice extra income for me, but compared what I used to earn before the crisis this is demotivating. It looks like traffic is going up a bit again and from the first of July more airlines and travel companies are picking up business again. I hope we had the bottom in June and can look forward in July. My expectation for July is to hit €1.000,00 on AdSense again.
My suitcase affiliate site got a few sales again in the last 2 weeks of June bringing in €57,76. I hope next month this site will bring in €100,00 for the month.
With a friend I am also working on a new converter website. Development was none for a couple of months due to the crisis but it looks like we are going to finish it soon and it will be up and running. Will keep you updated and might even reveal the website once it is live.
As the declining revenue is not really motivation I am going to continue build on my online empire. I am also working on a big airport website (international) that I might reveal later. Just keep it going and I am sure better times are ahead!
Like I mentioned in a previous post; January is a slow month unfortunately. Traffic is down, clicks are down, CPC (cost per click) is down.

Finally, another site is live. It is an affiliate travel site I started with a good friend of mine. I know him for over 10 years now and we did other projects together before. The site is listing good travel deals to Spain. We will earn between 2% – 8% on a sale. We got the site up and running on January 21. Had a few clicks on links, but no sale yet. Hopefully we get our first sale in February. Would be awesome!
I hold a file with ideas and plans what to execute. The list is really growing to big. I also eliminated a lot of domains that are just collecting dust. I want to create a few new sites in the travel niche, but also out of the travel niche. Not sure what to start with yet.
I hired a translator to translate text into Italian and Spanish. I want to set up a niche travel site in both languages, just to try some things out. Will keep you updated as I hope to get them live in February
I did buy a couple of sites in the end of 2018. I didn’t inform you guys yet how they are performing. In an upcoming post this month I will talk about it. I did pay a bit too much for the sites, but I will show everything in an upcoming post.
I am still looking to buy more quality sites that are bringing in revenue on Adsense or through affiliates. But it is hard to find them.
Last year my goal was to make at least €1000,- a month. For this year my goal will be to reach €5000,- a month and stay above it. I know this is an ambitious goal but online; everything is possible.
February is over already. As you might have noticed the last few months, I didn’t work much on my sites. I just started to update my main site again last week and know I have to continue doing this or I will lose the rankings.
